Thanks for RSVPing to vote in the North Carolina Primary
Please let us know
how you plan to attend:
I'll send my regards (voting by mail)
- The deadline to request an absentee ballot is two weeks before Election Day.
- You can return your absentee ballot by mail. Your ballot must be received by your county board of elections by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Note: State law previously provided for a grace period if your ballot was postmarked on or before Election Day and received within three days after the election. That is no longer the case.
- Or, you can return your absentee ballot in person. You can return your ballot to your county board of elections office or to an early voting site, but you cannot return your ballot to a polling place on Election Day. If you are returning your ballot on Election Day, it must be received by the county board of elections office by 7:30pm.
- Click here for detailed instructions on voting by mail.
RSVP is not required in order to vote.
The more the merrier! You and your +1s will be welcome at the polls.
